  • Working checkout is clean at3513da2084df74b3616f23f7d743740f1b41f60b. Started Hiro at08:14 PDT; PID10988 reports matching loaded and checkout identity and Qwen connected. Existing model service was already listening.
  • After reboot, LM Studio owned the configured port and advertised Qwen, but a direct16-token inference request timed out after60 seconds. Stopped that API server, unloaded its Qwen instance and restored the existing dedicated Qwen launcher with the prior model,16K context and single parallel slot.
  • Prepared an artifact copy of the existing launcher with only project-root resolution and backend selection changed to the previously verified2.37.0 runtime. Preserved model, context, hidden child-process launch and inherited environment. No production source edits.
